When you contact us, the details you voluntarily provide may include your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp contact, project location, service interests, approximate budget, timeline, project summary, and desired outcome. We do not ask you to submit payment card details through this website.
2. How inquiries work
Our project inquiry form is hosted and processed by Jotform, a third-party form provider. Submissions are sent to Jotform and made available to Big Ernie Studios for project follow-up. Jotform terms and privacy practices apply when you use the form. You may instead contact us directly by email. Submission does not confirm an appointment.
3. Why information is used
We use information you send to respond to inquiries, discuss your project, propose work, deliver agreed services, maintain business records where needed, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is not active on this preview until a valid measurement ID is configured. If activated, we intend to load analytics only after your consent. You will be able to decline or change your choice through the cookie controls. The site may load external fonts and images from third-party hosting services.
5. Sharing and retention
We do not sell inquiry data. We may share information with service providers or collaborators when necessary to deliver agreed work, subject to appropriate arrangements. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs, then delete or anonymize them when appropriate.

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping obligations. You may decline optional analytics cookies without affecting the core website experience.
